Airlines going under and leaner times

It is sad to hear that Aloha Airlines and ATA closed their doors. Skybus unfortunately had to close their doors too. This leaves thousands of flight attendants unemployed. Unfortunately with the higher fuel costs United Airlines has stopped hiring. Northwest Airlines scaled back on their domestic flying by 33 percent.
